How handles your information and your guests’ information.

Last updated: January 1, 2027

What we collect

From you: your name and email, the details you put on your invitation, and your account password (stored only as a secure hash). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

From your guests: what they enter when they reply or sign a guestbook (name, reply, number of people, message). We collect this on your behalf so you can see it in your dashboard.

How we use it

To make and deliver your invitation, send you your links and receipts, tell you when guests reply, send reminders before your reply-by date, and help when you contact us. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t show ads.

Who can see it

Your guests see only the invitation and whatever you put on it. Replies and guestbook messages are visible to you in your dashboard; guestbook messages are also shown on the invitation unless you hide them. Invitation pages are kept out of search engines.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s storage for small conveniences. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting

We keep invitation data for at least 12 months after the simcha so you can look back at it. You can close your account any time from your account page, or ask us to delete an invitation and its replies by email.

Service providers

We use a hosting provider, an email provider, Stripe for payments, and an AI writing assistant that helps word invitations. They handle data only to provide those services to us.
